Returns and exchanges

 

  • Only a physical / online store credit will be issued, for returns the credit expires in the next (90) days.
  • Our return policy lasts for (5) days after the order is delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with the labels fully attached, and in the original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that; (1) are shipped after the 5-day grace period; (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washing; (5) or damaged in any way. (6) Any other way that our exchange and returns department understands.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: jewelry, accessories, sale items, underwear and swimsuit, sale items unfortunately do not have a return (They are Final sale).
  • Limit of (2) total returns per customer.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Store credit must be used in full at time of redemption.
  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
