Returns and exchanges
- Only a physical / online store credit will be issued, for returns the credit expires in the next (90) days.
- Our return policy lasts for (5) days after the order is delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with the labels fully attached, and in the original packaging.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that; (1) are shipped after the 5-day grace period; (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washing; (5) or damaged in any way. (6) Any other way that our exchange and returns department understands.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: jewelry, accessories, sale items, underwear and swimsuit, sale items unfortunately do not have a return (They are Final sale).
- Limit of (2) total returns per customer.
To return your product, you must send it by mail or bring it to our physical store at:

- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
- Store credit must be used in full at time of redemption.
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
