How do I know you have received my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order details.
How do I know you have processed my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping email you can check the status of your order anytime, using the tracking number provided.
How long will shipping take?
Please allow 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays) for processing. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Want to pick up your order at our store? At checkout, select In-Store Pick Up to eliminate shipping costs.*
We process and fulfill orders Monday through Friday. If you need your items rush, please call the store first to let us know you are on your way, so we can prepare your order (subject to availability). Call or text us at (787) 633-3434.
